- Project summary report (please return the form by e-mail to the center director and INTERACT coordinator)
- Travel reimbursement form (The form must be accompanied by original receipts (taxi, toll, hotel, etc.) and boarding passes (when flying), and full banking details for payments of the reimbursements.)
Please submit these forms within 30 days after the visit!
